1st Step. Make an order on the site.

 To make an order you need to visit the subsection Configure your gun, where you can select a shotgun model, options and gun styling. After that you will be offered to register your profile on the site. The letter with your Login and Password will be sent to your E-mail. After login the site you can add to the order your individual anthropometrical features if you want your gun to be the most handy in the further use. Besides you may easily add your wishes concerning the gun design. Then your order will be sent to the corresponding department of our enterprise.

2nd Step. Details` specification. Price and date of performance.

 During 5 working days you will be contacted by our manager responsible for your order, if needed he will specify all details and then inform you of the price and date of your order performance. In 2 weeks the manager will send you the gun`s preliminary graphic presentation. The gun`s preparation will take from 1 to 6 months depending on design class.

3rd Step. Payment and delivery.

 If the second step is carried out successfully and all the details of your order are approved, a representative of our company`s dealer in your region will contact you and draw up the purchase and delivery according to your country legislation. As soon as all the documents are legalized you have to pay 30% of your order`s total amount to the dealer. Upon receiving your order you pay the residuary 70%. The prepayment of 30% is nonrecoverable. But if after receiving the gun you find out that it does not correspond your objective request, we`ll change the gun without troubles. For that you should address to the dealer. At this moment the claims are accepted only as regard the gun`s outward look. The functional claims are processed in accordance with the after-sale service rules, which you can get to know from our dealer.
